I have recently sold my family home with Richard. We have found him to be honest and up front, kind and considerate to our needs and preferences. Stickler for paperwork and making sure all things that need to be done are done, and fully expect to deal with him again in the future. Although selling can be stressful, I found Richard reassuring, and understanding. Excellent communicator and was always well informed in every aspect of the selling process.
